What we collect when you enquire, what we do with it, and what we don't.
When you enquire through our contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email, we collect what you share directly — name, phone number, event type, date, city, guest count, budget and any details you add. If you reach us through a paid ad or a shared link, we also record which campaign or source brought you here, so we know which channels are actually working. None of this is collected without you submitting it.
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, plan and coordinate your event if you book with us, and to occasionally reach out with updates, seasonal wishes or offers. Where a booking requires coordinating with a vendor or subcontractor in our network — for example sharing an event date and venue area with a florist or DJ — only the minimum information needed to execute that part of the booking is shared, and only for that purpose.
We do not sell or rent your data to any third party, for marketing or any other purpose. Any follow-up messages you receive from us come directly from ShowTime OnTime, not from a reseller or a third-party marketing list.
Enquiries are recorded in a private Google Sheet accessible only to ShowTime OnTime. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), when enabled, to understand website visits, page performance and interactions such as enquiries, WhatsApp clicks and phone clicks. GA4 does not receive the personal details you type into our enquiry forms. We do not intentionally send your name, phone number, email address or enquiry message to Google Analytics.
